TUKURAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 5, 2019) – The
PNP personnel of Tukuran MPS led by Police Senior Inspector Roel J Japay, Chief
of Police, conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about
10:25 in the morning of January 04, 2019 at Purok 3, Barangay Tagulo, Tukuran,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspect identified as Ricky Malagum Y Saladaga, 49 years old,
married, jobless and resident of same place.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Carnapping, docketed under Criminal Case No.
21-2155, issued by Hon. Alberto P. Quinto, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial
Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 21, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte, dated
December 15, 2018 with bail bond recommended of Three hundred thousand pesos (Php300,000.00).
Subject person is now temporarily
detained at Tukuran MPS detention center awaiting court disposition.
